Hi Everyone.

🌟 Sadly summer is coming to an end. The holidays are over, and the children (and myself!) are back to school this week. The next big thing to hit us will be Christmas!! 😱

🌟 It’s time to get back to that positive mindset, draw that line, and come along to group on Saturday ready and raring to go!

🌟 There’s only 17 weeks to Christmas, so let's end 2025 feeling amazing, and focus on achieving all our dreams and goals.

Sessions are on Saturdays at Wisbech Rugby Club, 8.30am and 10am. Can't wait to meet you.

For example, there's eight brand-new dishes joined the Slimming World food range at Iceland and the Food Warehouse today – and I couldn’t wait to share some of them with you 😍!
These freezer-friendly meals are perfect for busy days, packed with Free Food ingredients, and totally on-plan ❤️.
