To be eligible, you must:
✅ Be aged 18 or above
✅ Have a BMI of 30 or above
✅ Be a Norfolk resident, or be registered with a Norfolk GP practice

You will not be eligible if:
❌ You're currently pregnant
❌ You have attended a funded weight management services in the past 12 months
❌ You have been a paying member of Slimming World in the past three months

DEAR RE-JOINING MEMBER....
It's the start of possibly the busiest week of the year and I just wanted to add something to the mix. This post is for all you members out there who are 'thinking' of rejoining my SW group this or next week.
And in 'thinking' I mean you saying to yourself "oh my goodness, I haven't been in ages, and I have put all the weight I lost back on, I have rejoined so many times now, I am a disgrace, a loser, I'm terrified that they will think I am pathetic".
These feelings are what keep us down but rest assured that in mine and EVERY single Slimming World group across the land, that you will be welcomed back with a smile and open arms like you're an old friend. And MOST importantly there is no shame, blame or humiliation (as these are dirty words in our world).
So, re-joining members everywhere, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters) what you're made of and who knows, 2026 could be the year of your life!

My sessions are Saturday mornings, 8.30am and 10am at Wisbech Rugby Club. Please step in, you'll be glad you did
