I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Soul Midwife, Crystal Practitioner, Meditation Practitioner and Teacher offering natural treatments for people of all ages including Indian Head Massage. Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. Reiki is an ancient healing system that is a safe and natural way of assisting healing alongside conventional care. Crystal treatments date back 6000 years and can be used with Reiki or as a stand alone treatment. The treatments are based around relaxation techniques, that balance the energy flow in the body, which reduces stress and can help with the body's own natural healing process. Benefits can include but not limited to:
Relief from stress and anxiety
Natural pain relief

Aids recovery from surgery/illness
Aids recovery from addiction
Relax nervous animals

During a treatment you will sit or lay, fully clothed, and either my hands or crystals will be placed on or near your body (such as head, neck, torso) focusing energy on the seven main Chakras or energy centres. Reiki will treat the whole person including the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Reiki can do no harm, is suitable for all ages and has no side effects. The best way to understand how it works is to give it a try. I can also assist you in your spiritual development, learning meditation and how to access the Akashic Records. I have gone from that small single room to the beautiful premises I have now. I offer many more different modalities and ways to help and support people on their healing journey.
