We are super proud of what we do here at The Hygge Corner and Everlong Floatation Therapy.

Our priority is always our clients, always doing our best to ensure you have experience you had hoped for whilst you’re here with us.

We pride ourselves on being a bit different from everyone else, the experience we deliver isn’t that of a spa, it’s a personal and cared for approach to your health and wellbeing.

We offer floatation therapy, contrast therapy, infrared sauna sessions, ice bath sessions as well as other holistic therapies.

Based at Walpole St Andrew in the picturesque countryside, we hold nature at the heart of what we do and we make sure that after your time with us there is no need to rush.

So whether it’s the challenge of the ice bath, the cellular level healing of the sauna or the tension release from the float pod we are here for you.

🫧Introducing 45 minute floats🫧

We’ve decided to give something a try as we know everyone has busy lives and sometimes when you want to try something for the first time an hour seems like it might just be too long.

We are introducing a 45 minute float session.
I won’t lie I’ve been reluctant to do this, I always find an hour flies by when I float; but I know sometimes not everyone can spare the time to float for that long.

45 minutes is ideal if you’ve got a busy mind and you’ve never floated before, or for those of you who have floated and can’t quite spare the extra time for an hour.

I will warn you though 45 minutes flies by!

Sessions are priced at £40.00. These for now will not be included in a package.

Let’s talk about our Wild Minds Day which is coming up on 22nd of March.

Last night I had the opportunity to hear what other people’s ideas were around mindset - what they thought the word meant.
What does it mean?
Dictionaries say: “the established set of attitudes held by someone”

My thoughts on it: Your mindset is based on your self talk, your personal narrative and the perspective in which you see the world.

The reason I want to host and help people on our wild minds day is to help you learn ways to change your mindset. It won’t be a total overhaul of everything you believe to be true because that’s not the point, the point is all of the practices I’m going to help you with on the day have been fundamental in changing my entire life: the way I perceive the world, how I pick myself up from low points (because guess what it doesn’t matter how strong your mindset is you will still get them) my self talk and what I believe and know to my core I am capable of.

The day is 22nd March 2025 from 10am to 3pm and will include a light lunch & goody bag.
The cost is £85.00 per person.

We do have spaces on Friday and Saturday this week if you’re wanting some post Christmas unwind and also on Monday 30th so get yourselves booked in if you think you’re going to need it as these always turn out to be busy days.
