You all know how much I love shouting about local businesses.

Mac is awesome at his job, he evens takes on young apprentices to help then learn a trade.

He has done some plastering in our new home and he has also done some rendering for us.

Every now and then I like to let my hair down, have a dance and listen to good music.
Tonight my husband and I went to the Secret Garden Leisure to watch the Seriously Phil - The Phil Collins Tribute band.
I even bumped into one of my lovely patients.

Three years of meeting wonderful people from all walks of life, helping you to be comfortable on your feet, and helping some with problems with your ears.

I would like to thank all my patients, even the one yet to come! Thank you for helping a small business feed their family and pay their bills.
I am grateful to have met everyone of you and helping you care for your feet.

Another outstanding day of learning at the Foot Health & Running conference.

A fantastic day with interesting topics, from how cancer treatments and menopause impacted the feet, smart AI, how shoes can make or break orthotics, even an excellent speech about how to be a happy human and much much more.

I have learnt so many amazing things over the last two days and I need to learn more in-depth about many of the topics.

A wealth of knowledge which in turn means new insights, skills and knowledge I will be bringing to my patients that I see everyday within the community.

As many of you know I have family visiting from the states. On Friday I had the honour and privilege to attend the Tower of London again. This time I got to see the amazing poppy display.

The poppies are at the Tower of London on display till Tuesday 11th November 2025.

After the installation in 2014, and a subsequent tour, the poppies were saved for the nation by the Backstage Trust and Clore Duffield Foundation and became part of Imperial War Museums’ collection. They will be returned to Imperial War Museums after the display.

To see the poppies this time you have to purchase a ticket for the Tower of London they are not in the moat and the moat is currently closed. I highly recommend you go if you haven’t see the display, it’s just a small reminder of all those who lost their lives defending our country.
