i qualified in sports massage therapy because i believe it is another way of looking after your body. our bodies are under constant stress in many ways (not just through sport).dont be put off by the name Sports massage, it is good for everybody. on your first appointment i perform postural analysis,joint testing,and functional testing. (if needed) massage using a variety of techniques which may

include soft tissue release and deep tissue massage. i can also perform MET stretches and give exercises to go along with your treatment.

Morning all, I’m back from hols and fully recharged. Get booked in now and let me fix you.
Unfortunately because of the rise in the cost of energy etc I am having to increase my prices slightly. Half hour massage will be £22.50 and an hour will be £32.50 from 1st of June. Hope to see you all soon. 💪👍
