Alongside my management background, I am also qualified in Swedish Spa massage and Reflexology, combining professional expertise with a passion for wellbeing and holistic care. I believe in supporting both organisational success and personal wellness.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, walking, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle through general fitness.
