DEAR RETURNING MEMBER...
I’m getting lots of messages from my fabulous members wanting to come back to our Slimming World group but are worried with one thing or another, so let me put anyone’s mind at ease......

This post is for any members who are thinking of returning to group and maybe you’ve been meaning to return for a while.
And I know because I'm a member too some of you might be saying to yourself:

❤️‘’Oh God, I haven't been to group in ages. I couldn't go back now’’

💙“I have put weight back on, I can’t go back’’

❤️‘’I have joined so many times now, I'm terrified about what everyone will think’’

💙"I'm so embarrassed to go back now"

❤️“Allison has messaged me and I didn't reply"

These feelings are what keep us from achieving our dreams, they keep us away from group and away from all the support we need to succeed.

So please be reassured that in our Slimming World Groups, you will be welcomed back with warmth, care and respect 😊 MOST importantly there is no shame or humiliation. If you’re ready to give your weight loss dreams another shot, Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters and we're our own worst critic) what you're truly made of for Summer.
