The Hygge Corner is a small wellness centre focussed on helping you to your best mentally and physically, specialising in Acupuncture and massage.

Everlong Floatation Therapy is also part of our wellness centre. The Hygge Corner is a small studio and treatment room specialising in soft tissue rehabilitation with massage and acupuncture.

There’s a lot of people that look at September as a chance to restart the things you’ve had to put on hold for the summer. Things have been hectic between holidays and children being off school.

So now with normal service resuming it’s a chance to make sure you are making some time for you.

One of the best things you can do for yourself in a busy world is give yourself some time.

We specialise in making the time you give yourself with us the perfect opportunity to reset both body and mind.

No matter if you decide to float, sauna, take the plunge into the ice or give all three a try; our intention is to make sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in.

They say a Sunday well spent brings a week of content so this Sunday we are giving you the chance to come and Float, Sauna, Ice or Contrast with us. You could even do a wellness deep dive and indulge in a bit of everything!

This is a one off Sunday Session, if it’s popular we may do more in the future.

Auricular acupuncture works by stimulating acupuncture points in the ear; telling the body that it needs to focus the attention to that area. It’s been extremely effective for musculoskeletal conditions, digestion, stress and anxiety, headaches and migraines, menopause symptoms and so much more.

You can also book in for this as a stand alone session or prior to floats and ice bath sessions.

🫧Introducing 45 minute floats🫧

We’ve decided to give something a try as we know everyone has busy lives and sometimes when you want to try something for the first time an hour seems like it might just be too long.

We are introducing a 45 minute float session.
I won’t lie I’ve been reluctant to do this, I always find an hour flies by when I float; but I know sometimes not everyone can spare the time to float for that long.

45 minutes is ideal if you’ve got a busy mind and you’ve never floated before, or for those of you who have floated and can’t quite spare the extra time for an hour.

I will warn you though 45 minutes flies by!

Sessions are priced at £40.00. These for now will not be included in a package.

🤫 There’s a bank holiday sneaking up on us this weekend…

🏆🥇 Congratulations to our client khr_333 on becoming European Grasstrack Champion yesterday in Holland. 🥇🏆

Kenneth uses our floatation pod, ice bath and infrared sauna when he is here in the UK to help his body and fitness in and out of race season.
