Don't Dine Alone 🍵

At Hickathrift House, we know mealtimes can be a lonely time for some people at home this winter. Therefore we are inviting local older people to take advantage of our great hospitality and join us for a nutritious and warming meal, freshly prepared by our talented chefs and served in our cosy dining room with residents.

What a lovely morning we had with some of the residents. We were spoilt with Scones, jam, cream, tea and fresh strawberries 🍓.

All the residents were so happy and I look forward to seeing you again next week.

Thank you Rose Lodge Care Home - Barchester Healthcare for inviting us to your beautiful home this morning.

We looked in many staff and residents ears and shared the images on the tv so all could see.

It's not often you get to see inside your own ears!.

We had some very clean Ears and some, not so clean 😜

Doing a demonstration puts the residents at ease and shows them what to expect.

We look forward to seeing you soon, when we get all that wax out.
