Our Story

Reiki Master Teacher

The first healing modality is Reiki, and I have been attuned to Reiki since 2013 and a Reiki Master Teacher from 2014

Reiki is a Universal Healing Energy that is non-intrusive and works with your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies and along with your chakras helps to keep you in balance. It is a very relaxing healing energy, and during a treatment you may fall asleep. It is possible during a treatment and up to a couple of days after a treatment for various emotions to be released, this is the Reiki shifting blockages in our body and helping your body to heal. We all carry ‘baggage’ with us, and if we do not deal with this ‘baggage in a healthy way it becomes stored in our body and can create dis-ease.

Many of my clients say how relaxed they feel after a treatment, how well they sleep and this is the best they have felt in a long time.

The second modality is a brand new system called Elemental Healing™ and I am one of the first to become a qualified practitioner in the world, I qualified as a Certified Elemental Healing™ Practitioner in June 2019.

Elemental Healing™ is a new energy healing modality that brings you into communication with the consciousness of Mother Earth and her elemental kingdoms for greater health, healing and empowerment. The system was created in 2019 by Calista MacGillivray and George Lizos from their personal experiences with the nature beings as well as nature's direct teachings.

Receiving a treatment of Elemental Healing™ can create profound shifts in your life, and can support you to feel more focused, confident and connected to your intuitive self. A session of Elemental Healing™ may include hands-on healing, guided meditations, energy attunements and a catered variety of spiritual practices to help joy, health, love and abundance to flow freely in your life. As energy is drawn from the primal elements of earth, air, fire, water and spirit you'll invariably feel in greater balance and harmony with all that is following a treatment, and may enjoy a deeper affinity with nature, too.

Elemental Healing™ is undergoing formal registration and is the first nature-based healing system to draw from all the elements and elementals of nature. It was created to support both personal and planetary ascension.
