On the 17th October I am holding a menopause talk in Stamford Lincolnshire. This is along with Jill from My Serenity

We will be looking at ways to make the transition through menopause easier, we will be looking at a number of things we can do to help ourselves from alternatives to HRT, endocrine disrupters, exercise, nutrition, reflexology to name a few.
