Today we celebrate Mother’s Day… but we also hold space for every journey that motherhood can bring. 💛

To the new mums finding their feet, the step-mums and foster mums giving their hearts, the mums doing it all on their own… we see you.

To the mums who are struggling, the ones longing to be a mum, and those waiting to meet their little one… we’re thinking of you.

What an emotional morning in our Wishaw group as I had the absolute pleasure of presenting Lynda with her target award. She’s now an incredible 4st 2lb down — all while enjoying the full freedom of Food Optimising… filling up on unlimited Free Foods and still having her favourite treats. That’s the beauty of balance.
