Skybound Therapies is a multidisciplinary team of professionals all focused on helping children, adolescents and adults reach their potential. Skybound incorporates Behaviour Analysis, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy. We believe in providing quality interventions that make a real difference to lives. Look at the amazing work happening in our centre!
One of our wonderful young people is taking charge of their baking goals using the Thermomix! 🤩
The best part? This machine makes complex recipes incredibly easy and accessible, empowering our young people to confidently follow step-by-step instructions right on the screen.
It’s not just about making delicious brownies (though these smell incredible!), it’s about building confidence, developing independence, and having fun in the kitchen!

Here at the , therapy centre and soon to be home, it’s beautiful today but also very icy, so it is all hands on deck spreading grit and clearing snow/ice. Our domiciliary services started later today in order to ensure everyone was safe, but our are now out visiting service users and ready to enjoy the snow with them. Ready for a simple tool that can calm your mind in seconds?
We've been sharing and practicing the "In for 4, Out for 6" breathing technique with so
many people this week—it truly is a game-changer for managing daily stress. From
challenging weather to tough emails, this practice is a must-have for instant well-being.
Here's how to do it:
1. Inhale deeply for 4 seconds. (Through your nose.)
2. Exhale completely for 6 seconds. (Through your mouth or nose, letting everything
go.)
3. Repeat.
This slow, lengthened exhale activates your parasympathetic nervous system, instantly

this to obtain a motability vehicle, but many don't know about adaptations such as a 7 seater car to minimise kicking and hitting towards the driver, or even protective screens and harnesses to protect against objects being thrown into the front
Need a specific setup? If certain adaptations are necessary for safety, such as a protective screen or other modifications, you could also explore means-tested grants from the Motability Foundation to help withthe costs. It might be worth looking into how this fantastic scheme could unlock a new level of personal freedom and travel security, enabling you to break
the biggest barrier of getting out into the community.

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Skybound
Therapies, a dedicated and growing organization, is looking for enthusiastic
Behaviour Support Workers to join our team in beautiful Pembrokeshire! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you'll be instrumental in helping children and adults
with complex needs, including learning disabilities and/or autism, to achieve their full
potential.
You Will:
⚪️Implement tailored Behaviour Support Plans and strategies.
⚪️Provide 1:1 support and practical assistance, focusing on developing independence and life skills.
⚪️Work collaboratively with a supportive team, families, and other professionals.
⚪️Help individuals engage positively with their community and daily activities.
⚪️We're looking for caring, resilient, and proactive individuals. Experience in a care or
support role is a plus, but if you have the right attitude, we provide excellent training!
You Need:
⚪️A genuine desire to support and empower others.
⚪️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⚪️The ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations.
⚪️Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
