Children learn and grow better with love and support from a present parent or caregiver rather than a loud, overwhelming video or video game.
Get out in nature or snuggle up with a book. Memories are made whilst they learn x

Anxiety whilst driving was becoming a problem so we dealt with it!

Hello! Thanks so much for yesterday. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed. And I also slept the best I had for months! I also drove to south woodham today and didn’t even get sweaty hands! Who knows if I’m cured but it’s a fu***ng good start. It was so lovely to meet you. Thankyou for helping me xx

Happy long weekend everyone!
I thought I’d be super productive today and get the house cleaned, some gardening done and get shopping in ready for the weekend but life had other plans as I dropped the garden umbrella weight on my foot! 🙄😩😱

Maybe I was supposed to be resting and putting my feet up and I was forced into it!!

I’ve given up worrying about it now and will just go with the flow and chill on the sofa with my girls.

I often say to clients that if we don’t make time for our wellness we are forced to take time for our illness!!

Hopefully you are all taking care of yourself and your loved ones, resting and enjoying peace. If this is something you struggle with… you’re not alone!
Listen to your needs and replenish your energy. You cannot pour from an empty jug!

Look after yourself x

Feeling very grateful for client recommendations this week and for the opportunity to help two more people leave ci******es in their past!

Life can be tough and we can sometimes doubt ourselves.
Take a deep cleansing, calming breath and remember that you are amazing.
You are authentically you.
You are unique and perfect as you are, growing and learning every day.
Stay open to the possibilities ahead, trust in yourself and be utterly you.
You don’t know how how many people are inspired by you, touched by you, reassured by you.
Keep on doing it!
Trust yourself.

In honour of No Smoking Day, I want to just tell you all that helping people to be smoke-free is one of my favourite things to do with hypnotherapy!

I helped two of my clients last week quit smoking / va**ng or nicorette gum.

It is the easiest thing to do and let's you live your life free!

If you would love to have all that money in your pocket instead of in the ashtray, message me and I can make it happen.
