In just 6 weeks of weekly sessions she has:
- Lost over 1 stone
- Reduced her blood sugar back to "normal"
- Is enjoying trying out new family friendly recipes with her slow cooker (her fave is chinese chicken curry)
- Teaming up with her mum for weight loss motivation
- Eating healthy breakfasts, balanced meals and snacks
- Reduced her unhealthy snacks and drinks
