As we welcome 2026, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our amazing service users, dedicated staff, and supportive community💙

Your trust and commitment inspire us every day, and together we’ll continue to make a positive difference in the year ahead.

As we close the chapter on 2025, we’re proud to reflect on the incredible milestones we’ve achieved together:

Expanded Community Initiatives bringing people together and strengthened local connections.
Securing further funding, developing our established programmes and launching our new projects, some of which including Parkinson's Circus Activity sessions, Dementia support Cafe, Care Competitions, Move and Groove, Social Clubs and our digital training model.

Training & Development - Our team continued to grow with accredited training and “Train the Trainer” programs, ensuring the highest standards of care across Holderness.

Digital Transformation - We invested in technology to support learning and improve care delivery.

Future Planning - We are beginning to lay the strong foundations for our organisation and working in partnership with The Shores Centre creating new community projects focusing on prevention and early intervention.

We want to thank our funders who have believed in our vision and are coming on this exciting journey with us to make a difference in our community - KCOM Digital Fund with The HEY Smile Foundation, East Riding of Yorkshire Council DIFEY fund, Parkinson's UK Parkinson's Activity fund, McCarthy Stone Dementia Support fund, Community Lottery Fund for investing in Move and Groove and Lions Clubs International Withernsea and District for their £500 donation towards community falls equipment. Also a big thank you to all who have donated, assisted with our fundraising efforts and provided continued support to allow us to maintain our additional services to meet the wider community needs.

We’re proud to continue to celebrate our Strategic Manager and Nominated Individual, Chloe, for being recognised at the Care Show NEC 2025 as one of the prestigious “30 Under Thirty” award winners!

And a big shout out to Penny (Registered Manager), whose dedication and commitment has been instrumental in our success throughout 2025, and for the last 10+ years!

Our team continues to inspire, thrive, and set new standards in care - driving innovation, compassion, and community impact every single day🎉

Here’s to health, happiness, and new opportunities for everyone!

✨ Thank you for being part of the Shores Homecare family, We look forward to supporting you and creating more moments of care, connection, and community in 2026!🤩
