We are hosting a Race To Raise night here at The Shores Centre!

On Saturday the 30th of may 2026 - Doors open at 6PM

There will be a best dressed award so come dressed in race day glamour!

This week at the shores centre we have…

Move and groove - an inclusive dance workout class made with what you want to do. Feeling like some simple chairs workouts? Some jive? Even rave? We got you!

D’inspiration - a dinner inspiration class where you come, watch the cooking magic, try the home made meal and take home the recipe with the ingredients and get cooking! All while having a laugh and asking any questions you might have.

A good life with dementia - on Thursdays at 10:30 - 12:00 for all things dementia. Bring you and your carer, whether they be professional, family or friend. You’ll talk new skills with the course being ran by people with a dementia diagnosis. A club for people with a dementia diagnosis, by people with a dementia diagnosis.

The Social club - Come for a meal. Stay for the games, the laughs and company. Oh and don’t forget the bingo and raffle! If you want a nice couple of hours, come on down to the centre.

For Easter we hosted a coffee morning and a raffle, you guys raised a whopping £156 for Homecare! 🎉🎉

Got a dress or suit you don’t need anymore?

We’re partnering up with withernsea high school in the hopes of holding a low cost pre prom get ready experience, with hair, nails dresses and suits all at low costs.

So if you have an old prom dress or suit that doesn’t fit anymore, no longer your style, or plain and simple your just needing the space, then please bring them down to the shore’s centre or withernsea high school to go to a new home to be loved once more.

If your apprehensive on parting ways with your prom outfit you can also lend the dress to then be collected after prom.

This week we have move and groove happening today at 10am! Come on down to get some exercise in for the week! A very accessible work out class!

Thursday we have dementia cafe, an inclusive cafe made for people living with dementia in mind. Bring yourself and a carer and enjoy a nice hot meal completely free!

On Thursday we also have our weekly social club. Come for a good meal with some games, bingo, raffle and best of all some good company.
