Hello lovely ladies. Newbies very welcome.

Next two evenings exploring shamanic practices and drinking the heart opening, blood lowering amazing cacao are the 5th and 19th July. Weather permitting 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻we will be outside.

It will be a beautiful session of connecting with the earth, water and air and I’m hoping fire as well.

We will be working with the 1st chakra - root chakra.

I’ve decided that it would be great to explore one chakra a month in a lot more detail.

LAND OWNERS

Do you have fields or woodland please that you can rent out for up to 4 nights now and again for a group of women campers (up to 15 people) and a larger bell tent to run workshops out of? Meditation, music and dance, mandala making etc.

Willing to travel so will look at any areas.

MINDFUL MEDITATION + FOREST BATHING

I’m looking to tie in mindful meditation with forest bathing one Saturday morning or on an evening.

The cost will be £10 for up to 2 hrs spent in woodland.

We will be connecting to nature through smell, sight, touch and I’ll be doing a meditation both visually guided and silent.

I was gobsmacked when I was told this morning that Trump had got in.
My fb feed is full of anger and upset.

It is my son’s birthday and he lives in America and is not a supporter of Trump so I’m guessing this will be very memorable for him!

However

The only thing I can do about it is trust in the bigger picture and know that it was meant to be. I don’t need to know why or how, I just have to trust.

I choose to continue living my life in the best and loving way that I can.
I choose not to let anyone force their emotions on me.

Everything passes and as horrible and horrendous as things may be for thousands / millions of people all over the world, it happens, I believe for a reason and I choose to do what I can do and that is:
Send out prayers, love and healing for people and for Mother Earth.

Even people that wish me or others harm, or those that do wrong, I still try to turn it around to a positive.

I can’t live my life in fear, anger, upset. I wouldn’t want to wake with those thoughts or feelings in the morning. I’ve done it far too often in the past and I work hard with nightly meditation to wake with positivity.
I wake knowing I’ll find some magic, peace and some love and that brings me joy.

I send all those in despair, love and hope 🙏🏻
