🐝 We’re Recruiting: Full-Time and Part-Time Care Assistants

What We Offer:
• 💷 Weekday pay: £13.25 per hour
• 💷 Weekend pay: £14.25 per hour
• 💷 Bank Holiday pay: £19.50 per hour
• 💷 Christmas Day & New Years Day - £26.50
• 🚗 Paid mileage
• ⏰ Full pay for your entire shift – including travel time!
• 🎓 All training provided – no experience needed
• 👕 Uniform supplied
• 🔍 DBS check paid for
• 🌟 Supportive, close-knit team who truly value you
• 📚 Ongoing training & development opportunities

• 🚘 A full driving licence (essential)

🚨 We're Hiring! Senior Lead Carer Wanted 🚨

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Lead Carer to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your care career and help support both our clients and our amazing care staff.

✅ What we're looking for:

Experience in a Senior Carer or similar supervisory role
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
A driver with access to a vehicle
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
A team player who can stay calm and focused under pressure

📝 Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out spot checks
Creating and reviewing care plans and assessments
Managing and supporting care staff
Working every other weekend
Taking part in the on-call rota

£14.25 ph Weekdays
£15.25 ph Weekends
£21.38 Bank holidays at time and a half
£28.50 Xmas day and New years day at double time
