We are so incredibly proud of Ella for achieving a Distinction in her Level 3 Lead Adult Care 🎉

To complete this while working full time is an achievement in itself, but to do it whilst pregnant shows real dedication, resilience, and commitment to her role and the people she supports every day.

We’re absolutely delighted she’s been able to achieve this before heading off on maternity leave. What a fantastic milestone to celebrate ahead of such a special new chapter 💛

Today I had the pleasure of spending time with our handsome H ❤️☀️

We shared some wonderful conversations, got a little philosophical, admired the plants, soaked up the sunshine, and truly embraced the beauty of the day. Moments like these remind you how important it is to pause and just be.

We are a small, friendly, family-run domiciliary care company supporting people in their own homes across Witney, Carterton, Brize Norton, Ducklington and Eynsham.

Due to growing demand for our care, we are looking for part-time Care Assistants to join our lovely Honeybee team. 💜

⏰ Part-time hours available
Hours can vary week to week, so we are looking for someone flexible with availability.
You will also need to be able to work every other weekend.

• Weekdays: £14.25 per hour
• Weekends: £15.25 per hour
• Bank Holidays: Time and a half
• Christmas Day & New Year’s Day: Double pay

Yesterday many people in our local area were left without water due to a burst pipe. Thankfully Thames Water were delivering bottled water to those who are registered as vulnerable.

Our management team also contacted clients and families – especially those who don’t live locally – to make sure everyone we support had access to water and were safe. Most had family members who were able to collect supplies or had deliveries arranged.

However, for the very few who didn’t, one of our wonderful carers, Becky, went out in her own personal time to collect water and deliver it to them. 💙

It truly takes someone special to be a carer. The kindness, dedication and compassion shown by our team never fails to make us proud. We are incredibly lucky to work alongside such thoughtful, caring people.

Thank you Becky, and thank you to our amazing team for always going the extra mile for the people we support. 👏

🐝 Sam 💛

Another carer who has been with us 2 years now.

Before Honeybee Care At Home was even officially open, Sam was right there beside us. In those early days — when everything felt like a big dream with lots of hard work behind the scenes — she worked alongside us and helped lay the foundations of what Honeybee has become today.

Sam is the definition of going above and beyond. No task is ever too much, no shift too difficult. She steps in wherever she’s needed and gives her all, always. She’s a true grafter, balancing her busy family life while still showing up for our clients and the team with 100% commitment.

And then there’s her personality… Sam keeps us all on our toes! Her jokey nature and constant pranks (especially the “serious” phone calls to the boss!) bring so much laughter to our days. She keeps the team smiling and the atmosphere light, which is so important in the work we do.

Our clients absolutely love her. She builds real, meaningful relationships and brings warmth, humour and kindness into every home she visits.

Sam, you have been such a huge part of our journey. Thank you for helping shape Honeybee into what it is today — we honestly wouldn’t be the same without you 💛🐝
