UPDATE - Now found!

Teddy our dog is still missing , he escaped from kennels and is not familiar with the area . He has been spotted various times at wilcote farm north Leigh , East end and Roman view. He was asleep in someone's barn but the builder shooed him away . Due to the rain and his dislike of it it's proving hard to spot him in fields etc . We have been told he still has his red lead on and black collar . Could I please ask people to check warm places barns open areas outside etc as that's where he will be . Could I also ask that he not be approached as he is very timid with strangers , not aggressive but he will just bolt . If seen I'd really appreciate a call and if possible shut the door on where he is if there is one . Thanks so much for everyone's kindness . My contact number is 07901 276062

Why Yoga will NEVER be about a flat stomach⬇️

I saw a local ad earlier for a new yoga class claiming yoga could give you a flat stomach, toned buttocks and even eliminate cellulite.
And honestly… it stopped me in my tracks.

Because that’s just not what yoga is about.

Yoga isn’t a quick fix or a body-shaping tool — it’s a practice that helps you connect to yourself, build awareness, and find strength (inside and out).

Yes, your body might change when you practice regularly. You might feel stronger, more flexible, more confident in how you move — but that’s a side effect, not the goal.

When we reduce yoga to a way to “fix” our bodies, we completely miss its magic.
It’s not about shrinking yourself.
It’s about meeting yourself. 💛

Yoga reminds us that our worth was never tied to how our body looks — only to how we live, breathe, and show up in it.
