Well actually I do my face plunge first, then wake up my lymphatic system with some exercises and then make my breakfast - With a cup of coffee (amazing if you haven’t tried it yet) and a protein + fat + fibre breakfast to keep my blood sugar balanced and me feeling energised for the day 🥳
