I took Maggie 🐕for a walk this morning and on our walk a little sparrow kept appearing right next to us ….. it got me thinking about spirit animals - so I looked sparrow up when I got home - I am so blessed

I’m incredibly grateful to say this event is now completely SOLD OUT.
Thank you for the support—not just for me, but for the incredible work of Arthur Findlay College as well. It truly means such a lot.

This will be my first time working at the college, and I’m really looking forward to bringing my demonstration, workshop, and lecture to such a special place.

Some of my spiritual family are walking St Cuthbert’s pilgrimage for charity (and a bit of soul searching) - I couldn’t be with them so I decided to visit Weights for Soul 3 times this week - if you feel you can support any of the charities they (including Kate and Shelley) are raising money for that would be lovely.

So proud of my spiritual family for doing this pilgrimage and the lovely TJ as always - wish I was there with them - but I can’t even walk a mile without being in pain so it’s just as well I’m not there to hold them back.
