We’ve recently exchanged contracts to deliver 34 much-needed affordable homes at Cala Homes ' Bliss Willows development near Chipping Norton!

🔑 What’s coming?
✅ 1–4 bedroom homes
✅ 16 for shared ownership
✅ 11 for social rent
✅ 7 for affordable rent

These homes will feature air source heat pumps to cut carbon emissions and reduce energy bills - plus EV charging points for a more sustainable future.

The wider development includes 86 homes in total, with community allotments and a children’s play area also planned.

The first Cottsway homes are expected this winter, with full completion by Spring 2027.

Struggling with hoarding? You're not alone.

We’re excited to announce a new FREE monthly hoarding disorder support group is launching in Witney – thanks to a grant from Travis Perkins Managed Services, who provide the supplies for our repairs and maintenance team.

Whether you're just starting to seek help or have been managing hoarding disorder for a while, you will be made very welcome – you don’t even need to be a Cottsway customer! 🫶

• WHEN: 6 - 8pm, every fourth Tuesday of the month

• WITH: Vi Barling - hoarding specialist and declutter therapist
