Yesterday, two of our team members headed to Burford School to help Year 11 students get ready for life after school 🎓💼

They volunteered their time to run mock interviews, helping students practice talking about their skills, boost confidence, and get real-world interview experience.

✅ Maintained the top G1 Governance & V1 Viability ratings
✅ Achieved 85% overall tenant satisfaction
✅ Added £1.5m of social value to our communities
✅ Completed 129 new affordable homes
✅ Invested over £19m in repairing and maintaining existing homes

This is just a snapshot and we’re busy continuing our work to deliver for our customers.

🔨 We’re looking for someone with a wide range of building skills – from bricklaying, roofing, plastering, drainage, groundworks… and if you can lay vinyl flooring, that’s a bonus!

🏠 You’ll bring experience in domestic property repairs and maintenance, with a focus on high-quality work, done on time.

- Carry out repairs, upgrades, rewires and testing in our properties
- Tackle mainly electrical tasks (with some related trades when needed)
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service every time

What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong knowledge of domestic electrical installations
✅ City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent trade qualification (or solid on-the-job experience)
✅ Great communication skills & a customer-first attitude
✅ Basic IT skills (mobile devices are part of the job)
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Willingness to join our standby rota (extra pay included!)

Your voice matters - take a look and see how 💬

We’ve just published our first Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) report, and it’s all about how your feedback is helping us improve. From repairs to respect, safety to neighbourhoods - we’re listening, learning, and acting.

TSMs were introduced to make sure housing providers are open, accountable, and focused on what matters most to tenants. Our first report is for 2024-25 and we’re continuing to carry out quarterly customer satisfaction surveys and monitor our service performance now as we continue through this year.
