Did you know I offer a specific Vagus treatment? If not, why not give t a try. It helps to regulate the vagus nerve, which in turn, helps to regulate the immune system, heart rate, breathing, and the digestive system. If yours is out of balance, you may be suffering needlessly.

The higher our vagal tone (strength or quality of signaling), the better for us.
Low vagal tone is usually accompanied by health problems.

Before anyone thinks I’m criticising, I have 2 tattoos, which I’ve had since my twenties.

Those were the days when I knew little about lymph, immunity, tissue damage and how the whole body functions. Now I know better. I love my tattoos, but rheumatoid arthritis, reduced immunity and knowledge mean I won’t have any more.

Have you had tonsil issues as a child or in adult life, and even had them removed?😭

Well, that's a very delicate and specialised area, and leading on to yesterday's post where I mentioned the glossopharyngeal nerve, its also an area where your vagus nerve hangs out.

In fact, we use the "Pharyngeal Branch Test" to see if there's a problem with the vagus overall .

📌The tonsils are part of our immune response, and a problem with the tonsils is a warning sign given to us by our bodies.
The vagus then hooks up to our tonsils because it has to regulate our inflammatory/immune responses.

The vagus also influence the function of the muscles in the throat and these can be affected by a problem with the tonsils.

And then there's the surgery to have the tonsils removed...💣
