The ICE Centre

The ICE Centre Inclusive Care & Education provides real choices for people with learning disabilities, giving individuals opportunities to grow and flourish.

Inclusive Care and Education is a CQC registered independent initiative. We shape our service around the needs of the individuals we support. We provide inclusive, sociable learning and leisure to people aged 18+ all year round*. Everyone can learn with us, from cooking and money management to arts, dancing and much more. Everyone can learn at their own pace and enjoy being challenged by new things, while socialising and making friends. We provide a mixture of learning and leisure experiences. Our centre is fully accessible with tracking hoists, electric changing bed and a portable hoist. Day Service:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm offering various staffing levels according to individual needs 1:1 / 1:3 / 1:5. Supported Living - Offering supported living homes, where individuals are supported to live an independent and fulfilled life within the local community. Saturday Activity days - contact us for more details. Monthly discos - Usually the last Friday in the month 6.30pm- 9.00pm

Caravan hire - We have a fully accessible caravan near the Cotswold Water Park located within The Hoburne Holiday Park. Please call for details.

Recently we celebrated 15 years of Inclusive Care and Education!

When we started a family business all those years ago we were caring for my sister and 2 other service users and never dreamed of being able to offer the amount of support we do today!
Over the last 15 years we have gone from supporting 3 families a week to now providing support to over 200 and offering Supported Living across 4 (soon to be 5) homes, Holiday and respite provision, regular social clubs, Monthly SEN discos, supported day trips and domiciliary care.

This wouldn't be possible without the fantastic work of 60+ ICE staff, working their magic 7 days a week.

We have also been fortunate to work with and be supported by some great friends in all fields of business, from Gardening to financial planning, from DJs to electricians we thank you all and look forward to continuing working with you for many more years to come.

This month also marks 7 years of Langdale Hall hire, but thats for another time, every hire and bar sales goes directly to helping support the ICE centre.

A very big thank you to Ellie for the cake and Mark at starstream for capturing some great moments on the night.

Our Story

Day Services

Located in central Witney at The Langdale Hall, Market Square, our day service hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 4pm. There is a planned timetable of activities running throughout the week. We provide staffing ratios of 1:1, 1:3 or 1:5 dependant on an individual’s need, please call for more information or pop in to see us.

Saturday social club at ICE

Open every Saturday 10am until 3pm, there are always a range of activities to join in with, contact us for more information on our planned activities. Saturday club rates start from £12 per session depending on an individual’s need.
