I offer a wide range of soft tissue treatments for sporting and non-sporting conditions. As a passionate runner myself, I know how important it is to look after your body to prevent injuries. If an injury does occur I will do the best I can to get you back on your feet as soon as possible. In addition to this, the treatments are very effective for people who suffer from chronic shoulder, neck or back pains. Treatments offered:

In my clinic I use a lot of kinesiology taping. Some proposed benefits of K tape are decreased pain, increased blood flow, increased mobility and enhanced recovery. On Saturday I did a one day CPD course in zinc oxide taping which was so interesting. Zinc oxide taping has very little elasticity, subsequently is a lot firmer being used for support by restricting movement and preventing further damage of the muscle / joint. oxide taping # cpd
