I offer a selection of “hands on” therapies, Bowen being the most popular, and seems to have the most effect for many clients. After teaching for MIND I went on to study talking therapy and hypnotherapy then developed my skills even further, psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. Art therapy, is something that is popular with children and adolescents. Compassion is at the centre of each therapy, as it gives you, a space to feel comfortable processing, in a calm and compassionate way. I practice in Minster Lovell, near Witney in West Oxfordshire. In a beautiful wooden cabin, in a secluded garden, parking is available right outside the property. Ninety-five per cent of my clients come from word-of-mouth. Some clients book sessions for the entire year and others travel a great distance to see me. The cosy wooden cabin has a welcoming fire in winter and an open stable door in summer. There is a comfortable chair for talking therapy and a luxurious couch to fully relax on during your treatments. Subdued lighting, fluffy blankets, fresh towels and a bank of aromatherapy oils adds to your relaxing atmosphere of the room.
