Welcome to my page

I provide a wide variety of therapies for all ages. This is due to extensive continuing training, and a passion for helping you and all my clients. You’re welcome to take the time to explore this site, read about the conditions I treat and learn more about the therapies I offer, learn how they may relate to you and your situation. I offer a selection of “hands on” therapies, Bowen being the most popular, and seems to have the most effect for many clients. After teaching for MIND I went on to study talking therapy and hypnotherapy then developed my skills even further, psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. I work with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages for a variety of issues. Art therapy, is something that is popular with children and adolescents. Compassion is at the centre of each therapy, as it gives you, a space to feel comfortable processing, in a calm and compassionate way. I practice in Minster Lovell, near Witney in West Oxfordshire. In a beautiful wooden cabin, in a secluded garden, parking is available right outside the property. Ninety-five per cent of my clients come from word-of-mouth. Some clients book sessions for the entire year and others travel a great distance to see me. The cosy wooden cabin has a welcoming fire in winter and an open stable door in summer. There is a comfortable chair for talking therapy and a luxurious couch to fully relax on during your treatments. Subdued lighting, fluffy blankets, fresh towels and a bank of aromatherapy oils adds to your relaxing atmosphere of the room. Yesterday first third of class was exercise then everyone bought in food to share. Homemade delicious curry, chicken and potato with rice, eggs sandwiches like you’ve never had before, brownies that are dangerously delicious, sausage rolls, mini quiches and famous fruit cakes and cakes, oh my goodness it was an impressive feast, the effort everyone went to was so wonderful.
