For the able-bodied, not-so-able-bodied, and those with limited mobility

Teenagers and Adults of all ages and genders welcome

SUNDAY MORNINGS throughout the winter months –
12th OCTOBER, 2nd NOVEMBER, 28th DECEMBER 2025
+ 18th JANUARY, and 15th, 22nd FEBRUARY 2026

£20/£10 a session. You choose what you can afford. Bring cash on the day, if possible, please.

There will be chairs for those who choose or are unable to lie down, or dance standing

The Dance Journey is about CONNECTION with Mother Earth, with our Inner Selves, with Others, with Higher Energies … then Transcendent Connection during the Crystal Soundbath.

9.45am Doors open – Deposit coats, bags, shoes in Reception. Bring water, mats etc, valuables into hall. Pay entrance. 10am – CRYSTAL CONNECTIONS session begins.

 SPIRITUAL DANCING to music soundtracks (10.30am to 11.45am) Lightly guided.

2. Joyful playful music tracks – invitation to connect with INNER SELF
3. Empowering music tracks – invitation to connect with INNER SELF
4. Loving music tracks – invitation to interact with OTHERS
5. Singalong affirmative music tracks – invitation to interact with OTHERS
6. Dreamy music tracks – invitation to connect with HIGHER ENERGIES
7. Cosmic music tracks – invitation to connect with HIGHER ENERGIES

 Lying down to TRANSCENDENT LIVE SOUNDBATH (11.55am to 12.20pm) No guiding
 Crystal Bowls, Crystal Pyramids, Crystal Merkabah, Crystal Chalices – played from stage and over prone bodies - 15 minutes
 Silence – 5 minutes
 Koshi Chimes played over prone bodies – 5 minutes

CLOSING CIRCLE. Share 3 ‘feeling’ words – e.g. “I’m feeling energised, relaxed, peaceful” and conclude (12.20pm to 12.30pm)
