For many, the pressures of family and friends, along with the advertising bombardment promoting a picture-perfect life, can feel overwhelming during this time of year. Coupled with the cold and often dreary weather, Christmas can become a time to dread rather than look forward to.

Did you know Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy is truly evidence-based?

Our therapy research was conducted by a team of QCHPA (Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners' Association) members using outcome measures that are standard within the NHS.

It demonstrated our effectiveness is greater for the treatment of anxiety and depression than other talking therapies used within the NHS (71% compared to 42%).
