❄️J A N U A R Y 2 0 2 6❄️ Happy New Year! I often see the fitness industry flooded in January with messages of guilt for the indulgences of the festive period, making you feel horrendous about what you ate or how you need to lose weight instantly now it’s a new year. ✋🏼That’s not how I want you to feel! I would first like to invite you to start from a much healthier place of acceptance. Understanding that you can enjoy Christmas and all of the food & drink that come with it and not feel guilty now it’s January. I want you to love who you are and enjoy the skin you’re in now. Wanting to become healthier is great but doing it in a way that makes you loathe yourself or feel negatively about your body isn’t helpful or very fun! Instead accepting where you are right now will give you the most fantastic, positive start to the year. Let’s reframe your mindset to achieve your fitness goals and enjoy every time you join a class, move your body, take the time and do something for you. You will become stronger, healthier & happier whilst also enjoying the process instead of punishing yourself! 👏 I cannot wait to continue to help my fitness community enjoy moving their bodies, motivating themselves to stretch, build strength and relax in 2026.
