Nadine Cottrell is a fully certified and insured yoga teacher who in also practices Sports Massage, which combined with yoga, offers Yoga Therapy.

As is the case with may people who find themselves on the path of yoga, it was a gradual change of direction for Nadine. Previously enjoying high energy and high impact sports such as Triathlon, she recognised her passion for yoga, which engages the mind, body and soul. Since practicing yoga she has never felt stronger in mind and body!

Her yoga is open to all levels with an emphasis on building strength and ensuring correct alignment and positioning in the asanas in a vinyasa style flow.

She believes that everyone can benefit from yoga, regardless of age or fitness. It complements other training programmes by improving flexibility and strength and also helps recovery from injury.
