We are entering eclipse season. Sunday brings us a Full Moon lunar eclipse in Pisces.

Eclipses are potent catalysts for deep transformation. They fast track our development, accelerating our frequency and moving us to a higher consciousness, sometimes quite abruptly.

This can be an intense part of the journey, purging what no longer fits. With the moon in Pisces, we are being urged to surrender and 'go with the flow'.

Our guided meditation will help connect to higher realms and restore your system so that any changes that occur, can be navigated with more ease.

The New Moon in Virgo is almost upon us.

I think that this is possibly my favourite New Moon. It's all about restructuring and refining your home, health and, therefore, happiness.

It also signifies a change in the season, it brings an earthy autumnal feel. A readiness to embrace the cosiness of life.

I am absolutely devastated that the land owner has chopped off the limbs of the magical tree that once graced the view from Sacred Space terrace.

I shall miss the birds, especially the red kites, that perched to rest on the branches, and the way the sun would reflect off the bark every afternoon as the sun was beginning to set.

For me, it was symbol of hope and a reminder of the magic in the world.

Today I feel lost without it.

Tomorrow graces us with the Full Moon in Capricorn.

This Full Moon gives us the opportunity to reset the areas that we feel need to be. But also to honour how far we come and revel in our achievements.

The Capricorn energy is a very grounding and powerful release energy. Reflecting on the year so far and where we need to make changes in order to take our lives forward.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who is supporting me through my mum's passing.

I also wish to apologise for the disruption in Sacred Space CIC's offerings during this period. I listened to my needs and took some time out, and I appreciate everyone's understanding. 🙏

When I started Sacred Space CIC, my pure intention was to help people through difficult times. To provide a safe and comforting space for people to reset their nervous system and increase their ability to manage stress during emotionally difficult times. Somewhere to feel supported and part of a community.

I feel so humbled and grateful that I am now the one being supported and feeling very much part of that community.

Next Wednesday sees the New Moon in Cancer.

Cancer is the most nurturing sign of the zodiac. So the energy changes from social, communicative, airy Gemini to homely, nurturing, emotionally intuitive, watery Cancer.

We may feel called to reflect on relationships, with others as well as ourselves. Feeling emotionally safe will be important at this time and our bodies will be reminding us of what safety feels like.

Jupiter energy is also prominent at the moment, bringing expansiveness to any emotional routines. So what we birth with this new moon has the ability to grow and expand beyond what we can imagine. Making this new moon a very good manifesting moon ✨️

In honour of this nourishing energy, we will be holding a guided soundscape that will help to connect us to our heart centre and the guidance of the divine.

The Full Moon in Sagittarius will be upon us on Wednesday, 11th June, and in celebration of this, we shall be holding a guided meditation with sound on Friday 6th June and Wednesday 11th June.

The lovely will be holding a silent meditation on Sunday evening.

This full moon is in the fire sign of Sagittarius. A sign that loves adventure and learning. But, with Jupiter moving into Cancer beforehand, we have an energy of expansion and growth, so the full moon energy invites us to broaden and stretch our comfort zone.

It challenges us to create something bigger than what we have now and connect to our higher purpose.
