ANXIETY can be cruel! Yes it’s true that we all need a bit of anxiety on occasion to help us perform well, such as for a job interview. It also helps protect us.
However, for some it pops up in situations where we don’t want or need it! 👀 Anxiety obviously doesn’t feel good… it can make us physiologically feel panicky and later drained of energy. 😫 As a result we often start to AVOID situations that make us feel this way! Makes sense doesn’t it? This comes with a big BUT‼️ If we avoid situations that make us anxious we are letting it win, and before we know it it’s spreads to many areas of our lives. We can stop feeling able to do things we want and need to do. 😔
We need to teach the brain when it is and isn’t appropriate to set off that anxiety alarm in the brain. 🚨With the right tools and support… this can easily be achieved! ✅
