Long time no see on this account!!! I feel so lucky to have visited Nepal and achieved one of my biggest life dreams 🗻

Slowly getting back into routines at home and yoga classes will be back in person and online in Dec! 🦋

Reminder of our q***r friendly inner child celebration workshop co-facilitated with my lovely friend .canine a co creator of ***rhealingcircle ) this Sunday! ❤️

During the session we will be doing 45 mins of gentle, restorative yoga lead by me (.yoga ) a 30 min inner child healing lead by .canine and then an hour of playful arts and crafts, with some lead activities and free time! All materials/yoga mats etc are provided (but feel free to bring your own if you like)

A new menstrual cycles piece I’m a lil bit in love with 🩸

My goals for the rest of the year include putting effort into syncing my life with my cycles again like I have in the past and allowing for more flow (if you’re someone who menstruates I HIGHLY recommend looking into how your hormones effect your life and how you can live more in sync with how they fluctuate) ❤️

Online classes will be officially starting next week - yayyy! ❤️

I really enjoyed teaching online the other day and am excited that this will allow more people to join classes with me no matter where you’re based ✨

Sliding scale tickets are linked in my bio and the sessions will be held on google meet, with the link being on the ticket page as well as being emailed out to you the day before. You can show up as you are, wear whatever you like and take some time to rest in community 🌈

Free online yin yoga class as a lil treat during pride month and as a taster for my online classes starting at the end of the month ❤️🌈
