Yoga, You & Judi Strengthen your body. Calm your mind. Age better. Welcome to Yoga, You and Judi. Often, Yoga classes cover all of these!

My name is Judi and here, it's all about Yoga beyond 50 to strengthen your body, calm your mind and age better. I believe that Yoga has a large role to play in improving physical and mental wellbeing for people of all ages. I have a particular passion to bring Yoga into the lives of 50+ as I believe that – while Yoga will not prolong our lives – it will definitely help us enjoy our lives in better

shape as we age. My classes cover the four key types of exercises needed to strengthen the body, especially as we get older: building strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. As a qualified Yoga teacher I can help you find the Yoga that's right for YOU whether in person in the Woking area or online. My classes build on anatomy insights and sometimes integrate Yogic philosophy and tools and ideas for calming the mind.
