Ochiba Reiki 落ち葉 Reiki is a truly beautiful Japanese healing technique that dates back to the 1900's and has it's roots in many Japanese practices including martial arts.

The system of Reiki has the ability to aid deep relaxation and promote healing of the body & mind. The system of Reiki has the ability to aid deep relaxation, promote healing and helps connect a person back to their core and find balance. Hi my name is Jackie, and I've been a practitioner of Reiki since 2015. I've trained in both a Western Lineage and a Japanese Lineage (both detailed below). My p

ersonal practice and the sessions I offer are rooted in the Japanese perspective of Reiki and where possible I try to honour Reiki's roots. I am trained to Master/Teacher level but balance my training and experience with Shoshin, the beginners mind. Forever striving to deepen my understanding, my own personal practice and my knowledge on a daily basis whilst helping others start their Reiki experience. Japanese Lineage

My first experience with Reiki is something I'll always remember as I was pregnant with my son ✨️

I wanted to do all that I could to provide my son a relaxed & happy place to grow. I did pregnancy yoga, meditation classes and then I found Reiki.

It was a truly profound moment for me, experiencing another person's reaction to Reiki first hand. To say he enjoyed the session is an understatement!

Learning to work with this energy was the clearest decision I've made as a parent. Having the foundations to help myself & my family when they need it is so empowering 💜

Que nearly 9 years later and after a tricky week & generally feeling a bit 'off' a Reiki Treatment was just what he needed 🥰
