Starting Wednesday 17th April!!!! Wednesdays 9.15 - 10.15 am
Online classes aren’t perfect, as you don’t get the same connection as an in-person class but they are better than following a pre-recorded video streaming on YouTube.
Coming together "live" via Zoom there'll be lots of class interaction, assistance with alignment and verbal cues so that you feel like you are participating in person alongside your fellow yogis, but in the comfort of your own home.
