💛 Kintsugi-Inspired Heartwork is a soulful practice that embraces emotional healing through the metaphor of mending—just as broken pottery is repaired with gold, this heartwork honours your cracks as beautiful parts of your story. It gently guides participants to reclaim their wholeness by finding strength, grace, and beauty in the places they’ve been broken.

💛 The Kintsugi clay heart breaking activity is a sacred, symbolic ceremony designed to reflect the beauty found in our emotional cracks.

💛 Participants begin with a fragile clay heart — intentionally created with care yet destined to break. In quiet reflection, each person gently breaks their clay heart, embodying the emotional release of a personal truth, pain, or wound they’ve carried. This symbolic act isn’t violent or careless — it’s deliberate and tender.

💛 After breaking, you are invited to witness the pieces without judgment. With gold-painted adhesive, you mend the heart with intention, weaving healing, love, and honour into every seam. As you restore your heart, you reflect on how the “cracks” hold wisdom, connection, and beauty — making them more whole than before.

A huge thank you to Gill for making a beautiful new rattle to add to our collection. This shamanic rattle is horse, roe deer antler handle and filled with rose quartz.

It feels beautiful, soft and has a delicate, soft gentle sound.
