The Royal Osteoporosis Society have developed an online tool which can provide you with personalised bone-health information, on the likelihood of you developing osteoporosis in later life.

You can take the test on the Royal Osteoporosis Society’s website, at ‘The Great British Bone Check’. 🦴🧡

It's all hands on deck at Walfinch Guildford and Woking! We are out and about raising awareness of the Royal Osteoporosis Society 🦴 and our upcoming 5K walk/run. Our lovely carer, Fatima will be running 🏃🏻🏃🏽 while her son takes a leisurely stroll with a few of his mates.

We're taking part in the Walfinch 5K, all to raise money for the Royal Osteoporosis Society. 🧡🦴 We'll have Walfinch team members walking it, running it, or jogging it - contributing to our collective efforts to make a postitive impact for the ROS.

🤔 What: The ‘5 to Thrive’ 5K

⏰ When: 29th of March, 2026, arrival from 12:00pm for a 12:30pm start

📍Where: Hampstead Heath, London
