Spring is here – and so is the UK’s vitamin D ‘sunlight zone’ ☀️
From now until September, a short burst of sunlight once or twice a day can help keep your bones strong.
✔️ 10 minutes on face and arms
✔️ Avoid direct sunlight between 11am-3pm
✔️ Don’t forget sunscreen if you’re out longer
