☀️☀️☀️ Our new Summer term is now live and available to book online.

Head to our website, via the link in our bio, or speak to our reception team, to book your place in any of our Reformer, Pilates Mat or Yoga classes.

If you would like to attend multiple classes with multiple teachers, or can’t commit to a full term because of the holidays, you can now purchase a 10 class package which is valid for up to 6 months.

Laura is a level 3 certified Pilates instructor and has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years.

Pilates started as a way for Laura to support her other sports and activities and quickly became a foundation to maintain her active lifestyle.

• Hatha Yoga at 5pm,
• Somatic Yoga at 6pm (for those looking for a gentler class), and,
• Restorative Yoga at 7pm, followed by Yoga Nidra (for those recovering from injury)

Each of these classes will work in harmony with your Pilates sessions.

We have gift vouchers available in a range of prices, including Mat Sessions, Reformer Sessions and Private 1:1 or 2:1 sessions, or even vouchers if a specific monetary value.

Pilates helps you work on the mobility and strength of all of your bodies major muscle groups, with a strong focus on your central core muscles.

It will help you improve your posture, mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, balance and body awareness - what’s not to love.

Although it can sometimes be challenging, Pilates is definitely beginner friendly, and strongly recommended for those recovering from injury or struggling with mobility.

Introducing Erdinç…

Erdinç’s fitness journey started at the age of 11 with Judo; he won a bronze medal in Turkey’s National Championships!

From there he studied to become a personal trainer with a focus on injury prevention, giving him a strong focus on functional movement and balance, with a keen eye for correct movement.

If you haven’t tried an Erdinç class yet, you are missing out. He has a unique style - he’s calm and very funny, which completely distracts you from the hard work you are doing - and he will get you working hard 😅

Erdinç runs both reformer and mat classes on Tuesday, and is also available for private 1:1 or 2:1.

We just need to start with one small thing.

Challenge yourself to do that one small thing each day and before you know it it’ll become part of your daily routine.

It could be anything, 5 mins of concentrating on your breath, a quick stretch each morning as you get out of bed, committing to read a chapter a day, or even a squat every time you hear your kids say “Mum” - maybe best to leave that one til after the school holidays! 😂

Personally I’m aiming to do 10 proper press ups a day. Notice I’m “aiming” to do it, I’ll celebrate when I do it, but I won’t beat myself up if I don’t manage it one day - I can always start again the next day.

Just one thing, done well and done each day. It’ll soon become the beginning of great things.
