Day 18: You've been shopping, wrapping, cooking and sitting but boy, does your back need a stretch. This is it.

It's not easy, so only stretch as far as is comfortable but it feels sooooo good!

You can use a ball but if you are broad then a foam roller would be more comfortable.

Not quite Santa's footsteps but this video focuses just on the legs and different positions you can take the feet in whilst doing some lunges.

Useful when trying to step over objects whilst wrapping Christmas presents!

Day 15: It's Christmas so you just have to sit down and watch some Christmas movies but then you feel your hip flexors are a bit tight.
Never mind, this stretch will loosen things up!

Day 14: Let's twist again.... OMG you will so be able to move those hips to this track on the dance floor!

This exercise is known as a hip 90:90 mobility exercise and when you try it you will see why!

Day 13 is a great stretch for your back and as you try to reach under the Christmas tree to reach the last of the presents, this might prove useful!

Day 12 will mobilise and strengthen your shoulders in multiple directions.

Using a weight just gives the exercise that little enhancement but it also means to use caution!

The weight should be comfortable and not cause you any difficulty when lifting around your head. If you struggled with Day 6 exercise then try that exercise again instead of this new one.

Calf raises are a great way to strengthen and stretch the calves.

So, for Day 11, whether you are preparing to tip toe around the Christmas tree, stretching out after wearing those heels at the Christmas party or doing some self-care for plantar fasciitis this is a good exercise to try.
