Offering martial arts, boxing, yoga, fitness classes and more to all ages from kids to adults! Lead by Chloe Bruce and Helen Steinway-Bailey, both distinguished professional martial artists and stuntwomen, this NEW training centre in Ripley Hightstreet, Surrey, promises to be a beacon of inspiration and empowerment! Chloe and Helen possess a shared vision to create a training facility that caters to individuals of all ages and abilities. Their dedication to the art form, coupled with their commitment to inclusivity, has fuelled their desire to transform an old office space into a vibrant hub for mental and physical wellbeing. The HQ will not only offer classes in martial arts, but also yoga, pilates, fitness and children’s mindfulness. The training centre will also serve as a community space where people can come together to learn, grow, and support one another.

Our next grading is happening on Saturday 21st March and we cannot wait to see everyone step up and shine! 🌟🥋
⏰ Little Ninjas & Juniors: 9:30 – 10:30am
⏰ Teens & Adults: 11:00 – 12:00pm
You’ve been training hard, building your skills, strength, focus and confidence — now it’s time to show it all on the mats! 💪🔥
Make sure you get the date in your diary and start preparing. We are so proud of the progress everyone is making.
Grading letters will be handed out this week along with full requirements.

What a brilliant night.
Our HQ Awards Evening at last weekend was a real highlight, and I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along.

To all our students, families, and friends — your support over the past year means more than I can put into words. Hearing how HQ has had a positive impact on you and your children was incredibly humbling, and the feedback I received throughout the night genuinely meant a lot.

I’m proud to coach every single one of you, and grateful for the community we’ve built together.

I’m already looking forward to next year’s event. 2026 will bring new ideas, some exciting changes, and plenty to look forward to — and I can’t wait to share it all with you.
