Offering martial arts, boxing, yoga, fitness classes and more to all ages from kids to adults! Lead by Chloe Bruce and Helen Steinway-Bailey, both distinguished professional martial artists and stuntwomen, this NEW training centre in Ripley Hightstreet, Surrey, promises to be a beacon of inspiration and empowerment! Chloe and Helen possess a shared vision to create a training facility that caters to individuals of all ages and abilities. Their dedication to the art form, coupled with their commitment to inclusivity, has fuelled their desire to transform an old office space into a vibrant hub for mental and physical wellbeing. The HQ will not only offer classes in martial arts, but also yoga, pilates, fitness and children’s mindfulness. The training centre will also serve as a community space where people can come together to learn, grow, and support one another.

What a brilliant night.
Our HQ Awards Evening at last weekend was a real highlight, and I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along.

To all our students, families, and friends — your support over the past year means more than I can put into words. Hearing how HQ has had a positive impact on you and your children was incredibly humbling, and the feedback I received throughout the night genuinely meant a lot.

I’m proud to coach every single one of you, and grateful for the community we’ve built together.

I’m already looking forward to next year’s event. 2026 will bring new ideas, some exciting changes, and plenty to look forward to — and I can’t wait to share it all with you.

WOW… What an incredible week of gradings at HQ! 🥋✨
I couldn’t be more proud of every single one of you who stepped onto those mats and gave it your absolute all.

We had students grading to yellow, green, purple, and red belt, and both the junior and adult gradings couldn’t have gone any better. You showed heart, focus, and 100% effort from start to finish. Watching your growth—week after week, belt after belt—is honestly amazing.

You should all be SO proud of yourselves. I know I am! 💛💚💜❤️

He’s been training with Coach Michael for just one month, and his progress has been phenomenal! From sharper punches to better footwork and a huge boost in confidence — we couldn’t be prouder. This is what happens when kids find a sport that empowers them!

If you want your child to grow stronger, fitter, and more resilient, come join our Saturday boxing sessions:

🕐 Every Saturday:
• Ages 8–11: 12–1pm
• Ages 12–16: 1–2pm

Boxing is incredible for all — not only does it build strength, coordination, and endurance, but it also teaches discipline, focus, and emotional resilience. It’s a fantastic way to channel energy, build confidence, and learn respect in a supportive environment.

Bring them along, watch them grow, and let’s help them discover what they’re capable of! 💥
