Online and in person Psycho Spiritual Therapy and Coaching for Individuals, Couples and Groups

Offering long term open ended therapy, short term experiential therapy and coaching for both individuals and couples. Taking a relational approach to working with the mind, body and soul and spirit. Particular areas of interest include helping clients work through life stages (particularly post university, midlife, 'Dark nights'), inner child work, the mobilisation of latent/ trapped energy in the body and the impact of family history/ constellations on our relationships and situations, both personal and professional. Operating an International practice both online ad in person my focus with clients is in providing them with a safe and confidential space to release attachments to their conditioning and defences, realising their truest nature.
