As a fully qualified and insured therapist, I’m combining the healing power of movement, fresh air, and therapeutic conversation to support your wellbeing.

Why does poetry matter? 🖋️✨

It’s more than words on a page - it’s healing, connection, and self-discovery. There are many reasons poetry has the power to transform our hearts and minds and some of them are very closely linked to therapy. 💭🌿

I have read some absolutely fantastic poetry this year including my favourites and but this has been one of my recent loves. Being a fan of poetry my beautiful friend gifted me ‘Let the Light Pour In’. This has had all the emotions and it’s utterly special to me. ✨ 💕
