I’m seeing a lot of chilblains in clinic right now. Keep your feet and legs warm, indoors and outdoors, and warm them up gradually when you can.
They can be so painful 😞👣

I hope you all know that I treat growing toenails….

NHS England reported 3,890 ingrown toenails presented at A&E last winter. Podiatrists are the experts in foot and lower limb care and can provide specialist care for ingrown nails, including minor surgery to resolve them. Check with your local NHS for podiatry access criteria or find your nearest private podiatrist at https://rcpod.org.uk/find-a-podiatrist and save A&E for the critical care.
