What a difficult time we are living through. Nothing is straightforward. The future is anything but certain as many of us are in danger of losing our jobs, coupled with the anxiety of possibly becoming ill, either directly as a result of catching the virus or through the challenges of coping with local and national lock down, dealing with our relationships in different and demanding circumstances and the isolation for many of working from home, sometimes in less than ideal conditions.
Many of us don’t like to burden friends and family with the anxieties we are experiencing. This is when the support of talking through your worries and exploring your options with a non-judgmental, empathic therapist who will help you sort out your thoughts and fears and begin to discern a path through the shifting sands to a brighter horizon can be really useful and illuminating.

Sometimes we are held back by our past – trapped by unhelpful behaviours, intrusive memories – experiences buried deep in our physical bodies as well as our unconscious minds – which are preventing us living fulfilling and enjoyable lives today.

We may know exactly what these are or we may just have a small unease, lack of confidence, inability to make decisions or move on with our life.
Coaching is goal oriented and future focused and can be very helpful in identifying barriers and breaking them down, establishing clear goals and setting manageable steps to progress towards them.
