Just wanted to inform you of two open days I am holding at my house to show off not only the fabulous skincare, bodycare, suncreams and haircare products that Tropic sell but to introduce the completely new and innovative makeup products that are kind to your skin and the environment:

More products are available as refills to save packaging and wastage as well as being suitable for vegans and cruelty free.

Hi I hope you are all well. I just wanted to let you all know that I am holding three treatment days in order to raise money for 3 women's cancer charities :

Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust, Breast Cancer Care and Ovarian Cancer action..

Using my limited cycling experience, I have decided to challenge myself and cycle through India to help raise money for these charities, from the Taj Mahal to Jaipur which totals 450km – in approximately 5 days! It is an organised event - I'm not doing this completely on my own! This isn't going to happen until November this year but I need help and support in fundraising and to raise all the money by the end of August! I will pay all my own expenses and taxes etc so all the money raised goes towards the charities.

I have been training hard and recently completed a 54 mile ride but did get lost! Now it's time to bring in the donations and this is where I need your help.

When: Friday 29th June, 10am - 4pm

Wednesday 4th July, 10am - 4pm and 7-9pm

Saturday 7th July, 11am - 3pm

Where: My Treatment Room in White Rose Lane, Woking

Treatments to choose from: Indian Head Massage, Tsuboki Japanese Face Massage, Tropic Skincare Mini Facial, Hand Reflexology or Foot Reflexology or a combination of treatments to suit you!

Duration and prices of treatments: 30 minutes for £25 or 60 minutes for £40 or £60 for 90 minutes

I only use natural ingredients in my treatments from Tropic and doTERRA essential oils - every treatment is bespoke.

From a friend of mine:
Stroke has a new indicator!
They say if you forward this to ten people, you stand a chance of saving one life. Will you send this along? Blood Clots/Stroke - They Now Have a Fourth Indicator, the Tongue:

During a BBQ, a woman stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) ...she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.

They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Jane went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening.

Jane's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 PM Jane passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Jane would be with us today. Some don't die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.

It only takes a minute to read this.

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.

Dear all

Just in case you are free this coming Saturday (22nd), the attached is a poster for Wellness Day Guildford, a great event to attend with 61 stands of Therapists and Natural health and Beauty products retailers exhibiting on 3 floors at G Live from 10am to 4:30pm. Entry is only £3!

You can try a therapy for £10 for 20 minutes, an ideal way to meet different therapists and find out about new ways of keeping well. I will be there offering reflexology, Tsuboki Japanese Face Massage and Indian Head Massage.

There are also a series of 30 minutes seminars or workshops that are free.
