When it’s safe to do so, we’ll be back in work places across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Middlesex & London, providing our Corporate On-Site Massages & 1-2-1 Desk Assessments (DSE). In the meantime, we've been working to support employees who are working from home and helping businesses prioritise staff welfare during the pandemic. Our virtual services have proven hugely popular, with our remote DSE Assessments offering employees advice on the safety of their current at-home setup. The benefits of investing in employee welfare are plentiful, including raised productivity levels and an improved sense of well-being. Employees who receive our on-site massages report feeling de-stressed and re-energised, which can only lead to a happier, healthier workforce. Offering staff the opportunity to receive massages at work and ensuring that their workstations are set-up correctly, is a great way for an employer to demonstrate that they care about employee well-being.

Things like work, money, family, relationships and health can contribute to stress and ‘fill up’ the container - while using techniques to manage your stress can help to ‘empty’ it as your stress levels decrease.

Had such a rewarding day proving our Essential Vitality Seated Acupressure Massages to staff at Traka on Tuesday.

Last week Essential Vitality offered taster massages for employees at Bytes Software Services Reading office - giving staff, who’ve not yet had a workplace massage a taste of the benefits of on-site chair massage.

Our regular on-site massages are just one of the ways that Bytes supports and encourages employee well-being and whilst staff at Bytes head office, Leatherhead, have enjoyed regular massages for the past 15 years or more, the massages at Reading are a more recent offering. With lots of new employees at Reading we wanted to highlight the well-being benefits of our chair massages.

Here’s Essential Vitality – Paola, Helen and David - ready to start massages for staff at CFBL yesterday.

We didn’t manage to get a photo during the day as we were too busy massaging! And at 4 pm we dashed off to catch a refreshing reward thanks to Roll it Up Ice Cream. 😊

However, we did receive some wonderful feedback!

Essential Vitality’s massages were included in ’s staff inset day, along with other activities to start the Sept 2024 term off in a positive and supportive way. Judging by the feedback and comments the day, once again, was a success. We look forward to returning again soon.
