This is a unique programme designed to lead you through the fundamentals and build your confidence, culminating in taking your place at public classes.
Designed to fit around your life, this hybrid program includes:
• In-person teaching in Wokingham, small group class exclusively for beginners, starting together
• Your personal one-to-one with me
• Online classes (join live or replay later)
• Your ‘Yoga for Beginners’ guide book
• Online ‘spotlight’ sessions, to fine tune
• Continuing support through our Facebook community
