Yin Yoga TONIGHT 6:30pm

This is a class of deep passive stretches, held for up to 5 minutes. The shapes are often challenging but the overall experience deeply relaxing (for me the experience leaves me feeling like I've had a deep massage). As Yin is almost exclusively mat based this is a very accessible class.

£14.50 pay-as-you-go or included within my monthly membership options (works out as little as £8.40 per class!).
