SJ, Jill and Jess invite expectant Mums due in 2025/2026 to spend an indulgent day focusing on nourishing your body and mind for birth.

You will spend the day being guided through yoga, breathwork, reflexology and birth knowledge for a calm and empowered birth.

You will also have the opportunity to connect with other local mums to be.

The price of the day includes a wholesome lunch and snacks, providing nutrition for you and your baby throughout the day.

You will leave feeling deeply rested and more connected with your body and your baby as you prepare for labour, birth and what lies beyond.

The cost of the day is just £95 and includes:
1x Hand reflexology workshop
2x yoga classes (pregnancy yoga and pregnancy restorative yoga)
2 x breathwork sessions (morning breathwork and afternoon hypnobirthing)
1 x pregnancy workshop for a calm and empowering birth
Lunch and snacks

When a client comes to the clinic I will tailor each treatment to suit their needs on the day. So one day we might do an hour of reflexology and the next time we may mix it up with massage or reiki to work on different areas. It’s your time to have what you need when you need it.
It might be the only time you get in your week/month so let’s make it count!

Baby Betty and I are loving delivering our free Mum and Baby Yoga sessions at the FBC centre each week.

Classes are run by the wonderful charity to support those dealing with mental health issues, and anything you may need support with as a new mum, including loneliness.

Classes are held weekly on a Wednesday 11.30-12.30am. You can just drop in anytime with your baby.

Come and find an hour of peace, connection with other mums and babies and time to stretch, breathe and relax.

Classes are term time only so only three weeks left of this term, but we will be back in September again.

We look forward to meeting you and your little ones soon

Thank you so much in Barkham for teaching a few us self defence classes in the last month. We now have the confidence to protect ourselves if needed. Such an important skill that should be more widely shared. Looking forward to starting the martial arts now!

Thanks for guiding me through my fertility talk on the Unwrapped stage at the festival. It was so lovely to meet you and share our story.
Public speaking is not my favourite thing but Mel helped me feel so much calmer and able to speak freely.

I’ve been enjoying lots of family time in the sunshine this week ahead of our day out at the fabulous Mindset Unlimited Festival taking place this Saturday June 21st.
I’m going to be at the Unwrapped Stage at 11.15am talking about my fertility journey, tips for success and supporting others.
There is so much to do and see on the day, I can’t wait.

Super excited to have been on my Advanced Hypopressives training today. I finally got to meet the lovely Nikki Scott as well as some really wonderful therapists today. I can’t wait to complete my assessments and start teaching my clients some amazing new techniques to add to their tool box.
