This lovely patient requested dermal filler in her lips to add volume and enhance the shape. This was her first treatment and she did not want a change in her appearance or too much volume.
I have used 0.7ml of hyaluronic acid dermal filler. Minimal post treatment swelling is expected. It resolves in few days.

The patient was very pleased with the results.

Facial balancing with chin augmentation.
Can you see the difference ?
This patient was concerned that her face is asymmetrical. On examination she had a good volume in the cheeks, sharply defined jaw, without saggines or excessive fat. However her chin was noticeably smaller compared to the rest of her face.
1ml of dermal filler used in the lowest and most anterior parts of the chin.

Profile balancing using dermal filler.

Full face rejuvenation with toxin and dermal fillers.
This lovely patients' main concern was looking tired, old and saggy. Her words...
Following the consultation where we discussed her concerns, treatment options and time frame I started by addressing the lines and wrinkles in the upper face as well as in the lower face, the chin and the marionette lines.
Few weeks later i addrssed the mid face by supporting and lifting the cheeks using dermal filler followed by smoothing the nasolabial folds.
There is further works to be done to address the lower face, but for now the patient is very happy with what we achieved so far.

Did you know that men too rewuest dermal filler in lips. This lovely patients' main concern with thin upper lip and some asymmetry.
In men it is important not to feminise the lips.💋 Masculine shape and outline was retained.
Less than 1ml of hyaluronic acid based dermal filler was used. Some swelling will subside in few days.
Patient was very happy with his lips.

Lines around the mouth, bar code lines or smokers lines, even if you never smoked, these lines appear due to loss of volume in the lips, ageing, stress and sun damage.
I treated this patient with anappropriate for the area hyaluronic acid based dermal filler. I added a small amount into her lip to hydrate.
Patient was very happy with the results.

Lips dermal filler using Hyaluronic acid based filler.
Immediately after the procedure some swelling is expected and sometimes bruising. Fortunately for this patient no bruising was seen.
It will take few days for the swelling to go down. Applying ice pack to the lips helps with reducing the swelling. Bruising takes longer to heal.
If planning to have lips filler leave your diary free for few days and don't plan any events.
